Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled and experienced tradesperson to manage and undertake day-to-day facilities maintenance requirements at our sites.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • General building maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of buildings and structures;
  • Basic plumbing duties, such as unclogging drains and fixing leaks;
  • Concreting, including formwork and finishing work;
  • Painting and decorating of buildings and equipment;
  • Small to medium-sized tiling works;
  • Operation of small machinery and equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role;
  • Trade qualified carpenter (or similar);
  • Current C-Class Drivers licence;
  • WorkCover High Risk Forklift Licence - desirable;
  • EWP Licence - desirable;
  • Moderate Rigid (MR) Licence - desirable;
  • Dogging/Crane - desirable;
  • High focus on customer service;
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines;
  • A team-oriented approach to achieving tasks;
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
