The Role:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by responding to their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook food and drinks to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Taking Orders: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.
  • Product Knowledge: Share knowledge about our products with customers and provide recommendations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Friendly Personality: Possess a friendly and approachable personality, with a smile.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
