Product Design Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Design Professional to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving the conception and development of own brand products by focusing on innovation and creativity.

About the Role
  • Drive company-wide strategies and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers of developments.
  • Communicate regularly with the Design Team to address critical design issues.
  • Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims etc. in line with company standards.
  • Approve final product details in line with original design briefs.
  • Understand the manufacturing structure of suppliers to identify cost and manufacturing opportunities.
  • Participate in range planning meetings to ensure balanced styling, colour, and fabrications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development or design.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong trend forecasting skills with a commercial eye for fashion.
  • Ability to time manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
