Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal/Law Clerk - TPD Specialist

A highly sought-after role has become available for a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal/Law Clerk to join our client's dynamic and growing plaintiff law firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to a talented partner in handling TPD (Total Permanent Disablement) claims, income protection, and trauma insurance claims.

About the Role:
  • Assist in managing TPD claims, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, and providing technical legal advice.
  • Collaborate with superannuation funds, insurers, and their solicitors to ensure seamless claim processing.
  • Conduct thorough research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support claim submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in court proceedings, settlement conferences, and other legal events as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with a focus on TPD claims.
