Landscaping Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing end-to-end landscaping solutions for long-term impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality work on various projects across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, as well as the Hunter and Illawarra regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate small plant and equipment to install hardscape structures, including concrete pavements and retaining walls
  • Prepare and plant trees, shrubs, and hedges; determine seeding requirements for landscaping and subdivision projects
  • Install drainage pipes and fencing, and perform tree removal as required to maintain site integrity
  • Maintain site cleanliness, adhere to statutory requirements, and ensure safe storage and proper use of tools
  • Accurately log maintenance projects and complete timesheets to ensure timely site upkeep and payroll processing
  • Collaborate effectively with operators, tradespeople, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Relevant landscape maintenance experience or a keen interest in landscaping
  • A construction white card
  • A valid drivers license
  • Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices
  • Proactive and positive attitude with ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
