We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as landscape specialists. This role involves assisting with site preparation, planting and maintaining outdoor spaces, and ensuring the highest quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, horticulture or a related field, and possess excellent physical stamina to work in a demanding environment. A valid NSW drivers license and white card are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping
  • Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects
  • Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces
  • Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards
  • Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members
  • Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (1 - 3 years)
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable)
  • White Card
