The Role: We are seeking a driven marketer with experience in retail property marketing. You will work alongside our highly regarded retail property business, operating throughout Australia, with an enviable shopping asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for digital and social media channels.
  • Organize marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and collateral management.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials such as brochures, signage, flyers, presentations, and centre plans.
  • Build relationships with external contractors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail. Graphic design skills, tertiary qualifications in marketing or advertising, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are also required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in retail shopping centres, efficiency in MS Office applications, and strong relationship management skills are highly regarded.
