We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Montessori Educational Leader to inspire, guide and mentor a large team of educators. This is a unique opportunity to join a new service that will be opening in 2025, operating within long day care hours to support families and children in Doncaster and surrounding areas.
Job Description:- This role involves leading a team of educators to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
- You will be responsible for building the capacity of educators by inspiring, motivating, affirming, challenging and extending their practice and pedagogy.
This will involve inquiry and reflection, as well as ongoing learning and professional development. We provide our team with opportunities to develop their professional skills through workshops, mentoring programs and consistent support staff for programming coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and written skills.
- A developed knowledge of the National Quality Framework and VEYLF.
- The willingness to develop skills to use digital programming tools.
