Job Description

Expert professionals in workplace health and injury management deliver high-standard services at a leading healthcare provider. Our team focuses on recovery and function to get clients back to work and life, regardless of age or situation.

We provide comprehensive services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance. Our unique approach supports personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

  • Taking a holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
  • Perform assessments depending on your clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees who have suffered injury, illness or trauma, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress and outcomes.

Success is measured by service delivery outcomes, not billable hours. You will enjoy a genuine person-centred focus and goal setting, with set working hours allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

You will be located on base at Robertson Barracks, Monday to Friday, with early starts and finishes: 7:30am – 15:30. A comprehensive onboarding process, including ongoing shadowing, will build your technical knowledge and expertise.

As part of a global human services group, you will have opportunities to grow your career across multiple brands and geographies. With a diverse team of almost 15,000 people, our shared purpose is to enable better lives for our employees and the communities we serve.
