We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and manage correspondence
  • Manage travel arrangements, rosters, and client billing
  • Address client queries and provide organisational service information
  • Maintain and ensure the security and confidentiality of office files and records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety of children and families

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our Service Manager and other staff members to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, a current driver's license, and a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.
