Aged Care Nursing Career Opportunity

We are seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who has recently graduated and would like to develop their skills in a supportive environment. Our 6-month program is designed to provide you with the expertise needed to excel in a rewarding career in aged care.
- Dedicated clinical support, including supernumerary time and education days
- A flexible roster across all shifts
- Opportunities for ongoing part-time or full-time employment post successful completion of the program
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based care to patients. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge and excellent clinical skills.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centred care that meets best practice standards
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
