- Clinical Skills: The ability to assess patient needs, develop effective care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing care.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekend shifts and on-call duties.
