This senior-level position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by creating a comprehensive territory business plan that generates significant pipeline opportunities. You will work with the sales manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account plans with regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set.
  2. Identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy, and establish relationships with potential customers and prospects.
  3. Develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for Customer Experience solutions.
  4. Lead efforts to expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
  5. Develop sales best practices, securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling Customer Experience solutions.
  • Proven track record in target achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).
