Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Professional to spearhead our site asset management and maintenance operations at our Maules Creek Project in New South Wales, Australia.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding results by leading our earthmoving equipment maintenance initiatives in a demanding mining environment.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and clear direction.
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across our maintenance workflows.
  • Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Maintain a strong safety-focused culture on site by fostering open communication and encouraging proactive risk management.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (CAT, Hitachi etc).
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with clients and prioritize maintenance needs within complex site environments.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of HSET requirements in NSW Mining.
  • Commercial awareness aligned with project objectives.
