This role involves serving customers directly, having needs-based conversations, and managing their financial journeys. You may also provide support to junior colleagues for more complex customer needs.

This is a casual opportunity, working 20 Coral Street, Victor Harbor SA 5211. You'll have the chance to:

  • Provide seamless branch experiences by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach.
  • Contribute to significant customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Evaluate compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:

  • Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
  • Experience using technology and promoting its adoption.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer competitive salaries. For this position, the estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
