Property Assessor

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Property Assessors (Desktop) - Australia wide. As a Property Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims from end to end, being the main point of contact for the insured, and ensuring timely delivery of property claims outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a productive work environment through proper planning and time management.
• Liaise with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to claims assessments code of practice throughout the process.

About You:

• Experience in managing a portfolio of insurance claims or trade background/qualifications.
• Resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
