Property Assessor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessor (Desktop) to join our team in Australia. As a Property Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims from end to end, ensuring timely delivery of property claims outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assess and manage property claims, ensuring adherence to claims assessments code of practice.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and resolve complex situations.
• Maintain a productive work environment through proper planning and time management.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in managing a portfolio of insurance claims or a trade background/qualifications.Resilience in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
