**Job Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Promotions Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with club members and patrons.
**Key Responsibilities:
- To host promotions and engage patrons in activities, fostering a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
- To provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- To possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and the ability to work independently when required.
- To stay informed about upcoming promotions and events, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
**Requirements:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organisational skills, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong grooming and personal presentation standards, reflecting positively on the organisation's image.
- Current Qld RSG & RSA certification, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in TAB, Keno & Gaming environments, providing valuable insights and expertise.
