We are seeking a skilled Monitoring/Contact Centre Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced monitoring centre role, requiring a calm manner, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask across prioritised alarm events and inbound calls. They will also be able to liaise with emergency services, security patrols, and a diverse range of clients.
In this role, you will schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call outs, work a rotating 24/7 roster onsite, and be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards.
