Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and efficient server/barista to provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages with exceptional attention to detail and confidence.
  • Preparing and serving basic cocktails with knowledge of ingredients and presentation.
  • Experience in full table service procedures with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic dessert preparation and serving with creativity and flair.
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Good command of the English language and well-spoken with effective communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine with the ability to recommend menu items.
  • Great work ethic with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Attention to detail with high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • BARISTA COFFEE MAKING EXPERIENCE with a proven track record of delivering high-quality beverages.
  • Valid NSW RSA Certificate and Food Handling Certificate for compliance and safety.
  • Kounta/Lightspeed POS experience and Reservation Management experience using OpenTable for efficiency and productivity.
  • Cash Handling and EFTPOS experience with accuracy and attention to detail.
