We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to fill this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the service area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including service techniques and food pairings.
  • Ability to prepare a variety of beverages with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
