We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to lead our culinary team in Horsham, VIC 3377.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our menu and food handling regulations.
  • Ensure food safety and quality by implementing proper storage and handling procedures.
  • Develop and implement menu items, estimating food requirements and planning for efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a clean and safe work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • AQF Associate Degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work full-time and flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
