Before & After School Care Second in Charge

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Second in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

About the Role
  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
  • Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday:
7:00am - 9:00am (Before School Care)
3:00pm - 6:15pm (After School Care)

Requirements
  • You're passionate about kids, have a positive can-do attitude, and just love to have fun.
  • You're a strong team player and love leading a team to success.
  • Keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, and a desire to WOW your customers.
