About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Optimum Health Solutions, one of Australia's leading preventative Allied Health companies. Our organisation has been in operation for over 20 years and boasts 12 state-of-the-art facilities across NSW and TAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioural support assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Provide behavioural support interventions, including one-on-one support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home, and schools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Core NDIS registration (ideally).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with parents and carers.
  • A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
