Business Transformation Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Lead to support the Chief of Staff in driving strategic priorities. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to execute key initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-priority projects, including special initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Develop and maintain effective governance structures and operating rhythms to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
  • Provide advisory support to the CEO through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Guide strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Develop and implement OKRs aligned to the CEO's transformation goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of change initiatives while managing risks and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in management consulting or equivalent internal strategy, transformation, or PMO roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing high-quality materials for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Significant exposure to corporate governance, project delivery lifecycles, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions while being a collaborative team player.
