Lead Educator Role

This opportunity offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the success of franchise operators in a global education provider. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality educational outcomes for students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support and guidance to franchise operators to ensure business success and student educational progress.
  • Offer strong Mathematics and/or English literacy skills to support tutors up to advanced high school levels in English and/or Mathematics.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchise owners, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators to share ideas, solutions, and best practices.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full driving license and ownership of a vehicle, as this role requires regular visits to franchise operators across Sydney.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, forming strong and influential relationships with franchise owners.
  • Possess a strong understanding of commercial principles and a passion for education and making a positive impact on young lives.
  • Be an effective communicator with a collaborative team player mindset.
