Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a Project Management Office (PMO) that implements robust frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practices to ensure external audit success.
- Assist with initiative leads in project management and business endeavors, facilitating the drive and execution of acceleration opportunities while aiding in the development of business cases and supporting materials for plans and funding acquisition.
- Assist project leadership in identifying and prioritizing acceleration initiatives based on project requirements and anticipated impact levels.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic impact quantification model for initiatives, and conduct business and data analysis to identify root causes of complex issues, offering opportunities to de-risk and accelerate the program.
- Assist the General Manager of Project Acceleration by providing progress reports and identifying issues warranting escalation and further investigation by senior leadership at Snowy 2.0.
- A successful track record of leading transformation or project portfolio functions within large infrastructure mega projects, ideally in civil or hydro projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams of project and transformation professionals, influence decision-making across stakeholders, and coach and inspire others to drive change.
- An execution-oriented mindset, proficiency in analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
