About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Non Executive Director to join our team and contribute their expertise in guiding professional services firms through growth stages.

As a member of our leadership team, you will bring strategic insight, commercial discipline, and a people-centred approach to help shape our direction, strengthen our governance, and ensure sustainable and impactful growth.

  • Enhance our market presence as the preferred partner of choice for discerning organisations committed to building inclusive cultures by supporting thought leadership.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships by representing us in ways that build trust and credibility with senior leaders, peak bodies, government agencies, and community partners.
  • Safeguard our reputation by modelling inclusive leadership and ensuring our external engagement reflects our values and governance standards.
