Casual Educator Position

About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our centres and children. The Casual Educator role is a flexible, team-oriented position that requires a high level of adaptability and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel between other local services
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm
