Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple venues, including managing staff, customer service and maintaining high standards of quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty and enhance the overall guest experience
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization

What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail, preferably with knowledge of food, bars and gaming operations

- Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional performance
- Operational expertise to achieve financial targets, manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
