Energy Transition Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Energy Transition Advisor to help businesses shape their futures with confidence. Our team works closely with energy project developers, investors, financiers, innovators, and key public sector stakeholders across Australia to deliver impactful M&A solutions that drive the transition to a sustainable, green future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify key value drivers and risk mitigation strategies for energy sector M&A transactions.
  • Lead the execution of transactions through the lifecycle, including financial modelling, diligence, financing, and transaction negotiation.
  • Provide seamless integrated experiences for clients throughout the growth and optimisation M&A journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a transaction role within an advisory environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in M&A, project, and corporate finance structuring.
  • A deep knowledge of the energy market fundamentals, relevant technologies, supply chains, public policy implications, and general project development challenges and opportunities.
