Our organization seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead a team of therapists in assessing, planning, and treating Paediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Services to develop comprehensive group training sessions for the team.
- Provide clinical supervision and best practices in service delivery, upholding our commitment to nature-based therapy modalities.
- Mentor junior Occupational Therapists through formal and informal meetings.

Benefits:- Above Award Salary: $95,000-$110,000 + Super (depending on experience)
