Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled WHS Business Partner to assist our Work Health Safety Manager in delivering proactive health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate health and safety representatives, communications, training, and injury management, including workers' compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the maintenance of WHS systems, information, and data by administering them in an up-to-date, accurate, and complete manner.
- Coordinate health and safety consultation in designated areas, including scheduled meetings and assessing the effectiveness of committees and HSRs.
- Assist sites with resolving WHS issues, communicating WHS issues to health and safety committees/representatives, and conducting WHS incident investigations as required.
- Contribute to WHS by providing training and information to support WHS team initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Workplace Safety or equivalent. Experience with coordination of health and safety management systems, including coordination of WHS consultation, WHS communications, delivery of training, and case management of injured workers is essential. A valid NSW driver's licence is also required.
