**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support the daily operations of our Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining ECP to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll systems configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to optimize payroll operations and ensure compliance with Australian payroll regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business requirements and Australian Payroll Legislation
  • Ensure the accuracy and sustainability of payroll results for monthly, off-cycle, and ad-hoc payroll cycles
  • Design, configure, and test prototype and production payroll solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Provide technical support for production and integration issues, troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for payroll-related incidents and requests

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in payroll systems configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Australian payroll legislation knowledge
