Job Title: Junior/Mid In-House Legal Counsel

Overview of the Role:

This is a Career Defining role in one of Australia's leading Investment Funds, focusing on Funds & B&F. The position will be part of a large established team.

The Job Requirements:
  • This role suits lawyers with 3–6 years PQE in Funds & Financial Services, Banking & Finance, and/or Corporate and Commercial experience gained either in-house or in private practice.
  • The position will work directly with the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel to provide legal services to the funds management division and across other parts of the business including lending, funding, contracts, and disputes.

Securitisation lawyers are encouraged to register their interest along with Funds and all Banking & Finance lawyers.
