Surgical Kit Specialist

The role of a Surgical Kit Specialist is pivotal in a dynamic MedTech environment.
This position involves working closely with Operations and Sales Teams to ensure timely preparation of surgical loan kits.
Key Responsibilities- Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
- Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
- Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
- Accurately processing all products in the ERP system, adhering to standard operating procedures
- Proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management
- Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, balancing competing priorities effectively
