We are seeking a skilled and experienced tradesperson to join our team as a Landscape Construction Tradesman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various landscape projects, from residential gardens to commercial parks and gardens.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the Landscape Construction Management team to ensure smooth project execution
- Run jobs up to $1M in value, typically over a 1-3 month period
- Liaise with clients from commercial to government sectors
- Follow BOQs passed on by the Landscape Construction Management team
- Order materials from suppliers, considering lead times
- Assess timelines for each project prior to commencement and regularly review progress
- Manage all staff and resources on site
- 5+ years' experience in the Landscaping industry
- Good knowledge in landscape construction
- Experience running jobs up to $1M in revenue (preferably both hardscape and softscape, including residential, parks, gardens, tree planting etc)
- Detailed understanding of landscaping processes
- Great time management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong knowledge of all landscaping equipment required
- The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies, ensuring a safe and productive workplace
- $35 - $45 per hour + OVERTIME + SUPER + VEHICLE
