We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team at Slade Pharmacy Frankston. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products, creating and providing medication profiles to patients on discharge, and counseling hospital patients on discharge medications.
You will also develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients. Additionally, you will support patients, carers, and hospital staff through the patient journey, educate and advise staff and patients on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a pharmacist in an Australian or New Zealand-based pharmacy, be flexible and adaptable to work within diverse teams, and possess strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
