Administrative Support Specialist

In this key role, you will play a critical part in supporting our operations at Jacinth-Ambrosia. As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of personnel logistics, records and database management, word processing, data entry, correspondence and diary management, as well as coordinating community events.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong organisational and communication skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel & Word
- Experience in Fiori PO's
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to cross all levels of management
- Proven ability to problem solve and prioritise with a high level of time management
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and be proactive to meet deadlines
- A high level of detail in skills, accuracy and presentation to ensure that all activities and tasks are achieved in a proficient and professional manner
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills that contribute to effective team processes and building constructive relationships with all levels of Management
