Establish a foundation for your business career with this entry-level opportunity.

You will complete a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) while working with a leading essential services provider.

Your duties will be diverse and may include data entry, report generation, and procurement requests.

You will be responsible for coordinating activities related to document management procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

This includes quality checking documentation submitted by subcontractors/vendors and liaising with senior document controllers where drafting errors or other documentation issues are identified.

You will also expedite the review and approval process of documentation, sometimes meeting tight deadlines.

Your responsibilities will also include professionally greeting clients and guests, providing administrative support to the management team, and generating procurement requests.

This is an identified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander role.

  • Prior experience in a reception or similar administrative position is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Suite, is required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive first impressions and relationships with clients are required
  • You must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
