About Our Business Trainee Program

This 12-month traineeship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while working towards your Certificate III in Business.

As a business trainee, you will be hosted by our company in East Perth and will have the chance to work on varied tasks including data entry, running reports, and raising purchase requests.

You will also have the opportunity to develop strong administrative skills, including greeting clients and guests, providing support to the management team, and coordinating calls and meetings.

This role has been identified as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander opportunity, and we encourage applications from Indigenous Australians who are passionate about building a career in business.

About You

  • Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred but not required.
  • You must have strong computer literacy, including proficiency across Microsoft Suite.
  • You should be able to prioritise workload and incoming enquiries, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol test.
  • Be up to date with or willing to get COVID-19 vaccinations.
