We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Salary: $140,000 + lucrative commission structure

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-touch properties across the Eastern Suburbs. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to high-end clients, liaising with tenants and landlords, conducting repairs and maintenance, and overseeing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of luxury residential properties
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance
  • Rental arrears management
  • Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Prepare tribunal files and attend hearings as required
  • Overseeing a small team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous property management experience
  • Able to deal with high-end clientele and deliver outstanding customer service
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
