We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our esteemed team, overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential properties in the Eastern Suburbs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and managing a diverse range of property-related tasks.

About the Role

This is a Monday-to-Friday opportunity, offering a great work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy your weekends off. The successful candidate will be provided with a mobile phone and car space, ensuring they can perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

The salary package includes a competitive base salary up to $140,000, complemented by a lucrative commission structure, providing opportunities for significant earnings potential. Additionally, you will receive dedicated support from a Leasing Consultant and Administrator, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch properties, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repairs;
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly;
  • Conduct thorough ingoing and outgoing condition reports, ensuring accurate records and minimizing disputes;
  • Prepare tribunal files and attend hearings as required, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations;
  • Oversee a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Previous property management experience is essential, with a proven track record of success;
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-end clientele;
  • A current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License are mandatory, ensuring you can perform your duties safely and efficiently;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are critical, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • A strong eye for detail is necessary, enabling you to maintain accurate records and identify potential issues proactively;
  • You should be a strong team player, willing to offer support and guidance when needed, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
