Job Role:

Day Services Operator

This entry-level position involves maintaining a safe work environment and providing operational support services to the plant.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player capable of delivering and troubleshooting plant operating problems.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with site policies & procedures.
  • Providing operational support services to the processing plant.
  • Assisting in reagent mixing and monitoring of reagent levels.
  • Supporting Crusher Operators with tasks to minimize crusher downtime.
  • Monitoring grinding media addition and mill load levels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Ensuring high levels of housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas.
  • Operating various machinery including forklifts, Bobcats, Excavators, JCBs, IT systems, and trucks.
Requirements:
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable team player willing to follow direction and work proactively with other teams.
  • You must have a commitment to safe work practices and successfully complete a Cert III in Resource Processing.
