Clinical Research Project Coordinator

As a pivotal member of our clinical project team, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of research projects. Your extensive experience and exceptional expertise will enable you to drive high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless communication among team members regarding study updates, maintaining meticulous documentation according to established protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate timely production of high-quality clinical data through effective systems support and tracking essential information related to study activities.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including minute taking, document preparation, and system maintenance.
  • Support Investigator Meetings by tracking attendee details and providing project team support for proof-reading, editing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain Trial Master File documentation and participate in TMF QC as assigned.
  • Audit and CAPA tracking, setting up and maintaining clinical investigator files and documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors for study conduct, coordinate supply shipments, and prepare study documents for sites.
