We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to join our team. This pivotal role ensures residents receive outstanding care while fostering an understanding of their unique identities and experiences.

About the Role:
  • As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical and care teams to provide comprehensive and specialized nursing care, documented and tailored to each resident's needs.
  • You will prioritize residents' preferences, independence, dignity, and identified care-related risks in decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include conducting scheduled AN-ACC reappraisals, mandatory and voluntary assessments, as required.
  • You will hold Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) accountable for daily case reporting, care planning, and addressing patient concerns promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of exceptional care delivery while promoting residents' unique identities and experiences.
  • Prioritize residents' and families' needs in decision-making, considering their preferences, independence, dignity, and care-related risks.
  • Conduct routine clinical assessments to address identified gaps in care and ensure quality services are delivered.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet residents' diverse needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered as a Nurse with AHPRA, with no restrictions.
  • Demonstrated senior management experience in aged care.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aged care industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation and human resource skills.
