The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the performance of various diagnostic imaging procedures.
This role requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and excellent patient management skills.
We offer a comprehensive induction program, on-going training, and support for continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment.
- Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Operate computerized radiation therapy systems to deliver accurate and precise doses of radiation to patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, examination results, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination of services.
- A tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging Technology or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration and NSW radiation license.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CT, with mammography experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of WHS practices and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
