- Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and payment delays">
- Resolve complex billing issues, denied claims, and appeals with insurance companies">
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, coding standards, and payer requirements">
- Prepare and analyze regular billing and collection reports for management">
- Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy">
- Coordinate with physicians, medical coders, and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation and coding">
- Train, mentor, and evaluate billing team members; manage schedules and performance reviews">
- Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans when necessary">
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance changes, and regulatory requirements">

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field">
