Cardiovascular Imaging Support Professional

Overview:
The Technical Support Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers across the Asia Pacific region. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with our imaging products and will work closely with internal teams to resolve these issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our imaging products
- Analyze and categorize customer issues, prioritizing them based on severity and impact
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our product suite and the field of cardiovascular imaging
- Assist in the development and maintenance of various support tools and documentation
- Communicate with customers through our ticketing system, ensuring prompt and consistent handling of escalated pre-and-post sales situations
- Assist in remote installation and configuration support for Circle products at customer sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation for customer support, providing 24/7 coverage for critical issues
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in previous support roles, preferably within the medical imaging sector
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence and behavior
- Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions
- Experience with cardiology and radiology workflows, as well as magnetic resonance and computed tomography (CT) technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment, with minimal supervision
