High-Level Allied Health Leadership Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced allied health professional to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional therapy services to clients with autism and other neurological challenges. As a leader in the field of allied health, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower your team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of allied health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and work practices.
- Supervise and coordinate the induction, onboarding, and training of all centre staff.
- Monitor, report, and enforce workplace health and safety.
- Maintain open, transparent communications between centre staff, clients, carers, and head office.
Requirements:
- University qualifications in Allied Health or Business with vocational experience in the healthcare or disability sector.
- Professional registration with relevant professional body and/or eligibility for membership where appropriate.
- Experience managing and leading a multi-disciplined allied health team.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children Check required.
